NCR minimum wage rises to ₱780 under Wage Order NCR-27

Wage Order No. NCR-27 raises the NCR daily minimum wage (non-agriculture) to ₱780 in two tranches: +₱60 effective July 19, 2026 and +₱25 on January 20, 2027. Employers should update payroll accordingly.
